Whenever your FloatHub device is powered on, power-cycled, reset, or rebooted, it will wait several minutes before automatically attempting to re-connect to it’s Public WiFi (upstream) network. This gives you a time window to make any needed changes to your FloatHub’s settings via its private WiFi connection.
