Just wondering if anyone is using their FloatHub outside of North America and if that works ok? I think battery voltages are different on European boats (24 volt?), and I guess maybe some WiFi frequencies are different as well (?).
Old post but I can confirm it works fine. I use it in Denmark.
Almost all boats here have 12V systems - only very large yachts use 24V
Wifi frequencies are the same but Europe allows a slightly broader spectrum in the 2.4GHz band. (Includes channel 12-13 but hardly anyone use them).
Cellular is a different case as indicated by the different models available.
Having said that, international distribution is an issue. It would be great to have a distribution hub setup for EU.
