New Feature: Improved Support Forums

In an effort to provide a better forum and support experience, especially on mobile, we have moved our system to an entirely new platform. This should allow for easier posting, responding, and keeping up with discussions on all sides.

All previous content should have survived the migration, although for technical reasons most user posts from the legacy site are anonymized as being posted by “Legacy User”. Please let us know if you have any questions, concerns, or certainly if anything is not working as expected.

For those interested in technical details, we moved from Zendesk Forums (Zendesk Forums) to Discourse (www.discourse.org), mostly because Discourse is now so widely used in support/forum/community settings that it’s interface is increasingly familiar to a significant percentage of (potential) users.
