Initial wifi config not working

Hi

I just got my floathub and are excitedly trying to get on the first config page on 192.168.4.1 - but the wifi of floathubXXXXX is not wanting to make a permanent connection. It keeps trying and trying. I am trying from a Mac and from a iPad.

I also tried pressing “reset” on the floathub but with no results. But led’s are blinking red.

Any tips to get me started?

worked once I put the 12v power directly rather than on the barrel plug.
