In the web interface for your device, there is a checkbox to enable AIS relaying at the following address:
The factory default is on, but it can de turned off by deselecting the checkbox and clicking Save. This device setting only controls whether AIS data is sent back to FloatHub’s servers. To decide which services or users should be able to see the data your device relays, you can update your sharing settings.
If you do not have a “Relay AIS” checkbox at the above address, your firmware needs to be updated. Please contact us to initiate a complimentary device exchange where we will send you an updated FloatHub device and a return mailer for your original device.
